Terms of Service
By accessing or using Colter, you agree to these terms. If you use Colter for an organization, you represent that you can accept these terms for that organization.
Colter provides customer accounts, integrations, governed AI workflows, model and tool routing, approvals, operational records, and related implementation services. Features may change while Colter is in private beta.
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use scoped access appropriately, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access or security issues.
You may not misuse Colter, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, violate applicable law, or use connected systems, models, tools, or outputs to harm others.
You retain rights to your data and are responsible for having authority to provide it. Colter retains rights to its product, software, documentation, workflows, and branding. Separate proposals may define ownership for custom implementation work.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for choosing appropriate human review, permissions, and validation before consequential use. Colter’s approval and audit controls support—but do not replace—your judgment.
Connected model providers and business systems may have separate terms and availability. Pricing, usage charges, implementation scope, support, and payment terms are defined by the plan or accepted proposal that applies to your account.
We may suspend access to protect Colter, connected systems, customers, or others. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome.
Privacy Policy
We collect account and contact details you provide; integration briefs, messages, files, workflow activity, approvals, and operational metadata; and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, logs, and security events.
We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve Colter; operate customer workflows and integrations; communicate about the service; and measure reliability, quality, safety, and cost.
Information is shared with model providers, infrastructure services, and connected business systems only as needed for configured workflows and service operation. Your account’s routing, permission, and approval choices shape those transfers.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with processors needed to operate Colter, when you direct an integration, to comply with law, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
We retain information for service delivery, security, audit, legal, and legitimate operational needs, then delete or de-identify it according to applicable requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to account, security, contractual, and legal requirements. Customer administrators control many workspace records and connected systems.
