We design and operate the agentic loops, models, tools, orchestration, approvals, and production controls together. Your proposal combines a monthly platform fee, metered usage, and any setup or custom services required to put that system to work.
One commercial model

Colter is not sold as customer-supplied API-key access or as a lowest-cost routing layer. We take responsibility for designing the complete system and clearly define its commercial terms before launch.

Usage pricing structure
We select and operate the model posture as part of the solution. The applicable published or custom rate card is included in your proposal, and production usage is metered against it.
Token usage by tier
Token workloads record input, cached-input, and output usage. Image, voice, video, search, and other services use an agreed native unit. In every case, usage remains attributable to the account, system, and run.
Colter supplies and operates frontier intelligence inside the solution. The current model and service rates are published before usage begins.
Colter combines private execution with frontier reasoning according to the system’s privacy, quality, latency, and workload requirements.
Colter deploys and operates the approved private route. Pricing reflects the model, infrastructure, capacity, and operational responsibility the solution requires.
Model choice is an implementation decision inside the Colter system, not a separate do-it-yourself product. Exact rates, included units, and effective dates are documented in the accepted proposal or account rate card.
